Kim Arbogast here to fill you all in on the awesome experience I had traveling in a Southern Comfort Van this weekend! This was my first time even seeing a van by Southern Comfort, let alone driving one, and I won't forget it!
First impressions for the outside are needless to say, impressive. It was a beautiful white color with minimal graphics, and details, but enough to make you say "Wow!" The running boards were nicely styled, as well as the chrome rims. Little nuances in the same white paint color here and there added to the sleek and polished look.
Open the door and that same "Wow!" didn't cut it! I was floored! The interior was absolutely stunning. Yes, stunning, and yes, I am referring to a conversion van! The camel/tan two toned interior was unbelievable. Not to mention the wood accents from the dash, to the entertainment system surround. It was truly beautiful.
Sony Vizio TV and Blu-Ray player, and Kicker speakers top off the entertainment features with numerous auxiliary hook ups like HDMI, USB and Video ports. In addition to the separate rear auxiliary climate controls, you will find two mp3 player docking stations, and a rear power sunroof!
Now this was the icing on the cake, the LED indirect lighting. Not like any other indirect's you have seen in a conversion van before, I can promise you that! You have a rainbow of colors to choose from, and the ability to dim them how you choose. If you are looking to have a disco in your van, the lights can accommodate that as well by shuffling through all of the colors at different rates of speed!
This van was so well designed and put together, that it was truly impressed. (And I've seen a lot of conversion vans, believe me!) This is the absolute top of the line in comfort, style and quality. I will be sure to cross paths with another conversion van by Southern Comfort very soon!
